All applicable returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be permitted at the discretion of Smile Spinners owners and staff. All return claims must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty days of purchase to be eligible for reimbursement. All reimbursements will be given in the form of store credit and exchanges are more than welcome. It's called a Preference Return and here's what you need to know.
A preference return is a return made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise. In these cases shipping for items sent back must be at the expense of the customer, as well as shipping for any items sent out in exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Returns
If an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped to you, don't worry. Contact us and ship it back. All return shipment fees must be paid by the consumer up front, but will be reimbursed at Smile Spinners’ discretion on a case by case basis. Just talk to us... we'll sort it out.
All return items must be given back in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. All book and pattern sales are final as well as fabric cuts in any form lesser than half a yard. Smile Spinners is not responsible for any damaged or lost items incurred during shipment.
