People never seem to grow tired of making or cuddling under this quilt! We have been teaching this class for over 20 years!
This project is fantastic because it gives you a chance to practice rotary cutting and making friends with your sewing machine! It truly is the most forgiving project.
In class practice:
- Rotary cutting
- Making Quilt sandwiches
- Stitching
This is truly a meditative project. It can be created in a number of sizes. Choose the flannels for this project from the large selection living at Smile Spinners! Samples are available at the shop.
Supplies Needed:
Pattern: Raggy Quilt by Smile Spinners
Fabric amount will vary depending on the size of the quilt (see pattern)
Thread
Tools Needed: Basic sewing supplies
Rotary cutter
Ruler
Scissors
Pins
Sewing machine
Open toe applique foot
Walking foot if not using a Pfaff Sewing Machine
