One of the most feared parts of making a quilt is the quilting. New sewing machine features makes it easier than ever to achieve awesome results with much less practice!
*Reminder, Quilting is not just used to make a Quilt. Many Garments and Home Dec projects are quilted!
Here are just a few of the things we will discuss in this class that will make quilting much less scary
- What thread is best?
- How should that thread spool off through my machine?
- How do I hold my layers together? How do I mark my quilt?
- How do I set-up my machine for straight line quilting?
Part 2: Machine Quilting Workshop
- Set-up and practice straight line quilting
- Set-up and practice free motion quilting
- Learn how to set-up for ruler work
- Practice using the ruler foot and templates to achieve a stellar look!
