Neckline Finishes, Skill lab



Here by popular demand... Finally a class specifically crafted to explore, neck lines? It's much harder than it looks, and when working with woven fabrics or knits, it's down right crucial. In this workshop we will construct a bunch of “practice” neckline finishes. We will learn to apply facings, clip, press and properly understitch. You'll learn how to modify the shape of the neckline so that once you have a basic pattern you can change it a million ways. You'll learn how to apply bias binding as a decorative finish and to replace a facing and to apply rib knit and... Well you get the picture. Join in for everything you've ever needed to know, and just a bit more.

Tools Needed: Basic sewing supplies, rotary cutter, ruler, scissors, pins and a sewing machine.
