| I placed an online order. How will my package be shipped? |
Your package will be shipped via USPS.
You'll receive an email from us once your package goes out.
Orders over $60 Ship FREE
We don't usually email with the tracking numbers (yet!) but we do get them! Should you need to track your package, please notify us by emailing TeamSmileSpinners@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
We're doing our best to safely pack up your purchase, this includes lots of hand-washing, anti bacterial, and Lysol.
Your items, for the most part, will be packaged in plastic and then inserted into a mailer.
(It's not the most eco friendly as we would prefer, but its the best we can do for health and safety right now. Please recycle the packaging where you can. Thanks!)

| I'm SO excited for my new items! When will my order arrive? |
Your order is packed and shipped on the same day when placed:

You'll receive an email notification once your package ships.
Local deliveries (within a 30-50 mi radius of Smile Spinners) have been reaching customers in 1-2 business days.
We use USPS as our package carrier and can provide you with tracking information should you need it.
Kindly note that if you place your order on a Saturday afternoon/ evening, or any time Sunday, there will be an extra day of processing required since we're taking a day off.

When your order is ready you’ll be notified via email.

Yes it is!!
For the record, we miss your face too!
You know, we love to coordinate fabrics but sometimes this process can be intimidating (especially if you're trying to match colors on a computer screen). The Remote Personal Shopping service is also for those of you who cannot visit our brick and mortar location.
With all of our wonderful technology these days we can reserve a personal shipping appointment for you and meet with you via FaceTime, Zoom, or Webex digital meeting platform and you'll get the same in-store, personalized shopping experience from the comfort and safety of your home (and possibly the comfort of your PJ's too, we won't judge!).
Appointments are limited to 1 hour. Please visit our Website and sign-up there.
You will be prompted to pay $10 to reserve your slot, which will be credited back to your purchase when you shop with us.
Once your appointment is reserved you'll receive an email from Jessica@Teamsmilespinners.com with your 'meeting' information.

| I'm in a 'High Risk' Group and am concerned about shopping with others, is there a way I can shop in store alone? |
Absolutely!
In Store One-on-One Shopping
This service is available upon request for anyone who is hesitant about being exposed to others but still longs for an in store experience. The appointments will be available daily before the shop is open to the public.
This means surfaces are clean, the viral load in the air is low and the only one you will be shopping with is us.

We have provided this service throughout. Please stay in your car; we will retrieve your machine. Click HERE to download and fill out a ‘Drop Off’ Form
* Please tag your machine with your name, address and phone number.
* Please list any issues you are having.
* Include the following with your machine: foot pedal, power cord, bobbin case, bobbin, foot with a wide opening, and a sewing machine needle.
Please do not bring other items. We are not responsible for any items that don’t get returned to you or goes missing.
